"Little Women"

Welcome to my new blog. Thanks Bernd for setting it up for me.

We went to see "Little Women" at the Hale Centre Theatre last Tuesday night. It has been in the theatre as a play before but just recently has been made into a musical. We saw the new musical version.

"Little Women" runs the gamut of emotion. There is the fun of watching Jo buck the system time after time, the smitten neighbor Laurie and pompous Aunt March. But there is also the grief attending the death of Beth. I especially enjoyed Jo. She reminded me of my daughter Jodi. "Little Women" is a winner.

Our next play will be "Thoroughly Modern Millie".
